Richard Jones

Richard Jones has extensive work experience in the finance field. Richard is currently the Director of Finance at Homebase, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Wilko as the Head of Finance from 2019 to 2022, where they were responsible for various financial and management accounting tasks. From 2016 to 2019, Richard served as the Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at the Inclusive Multi Academy Trust, where they helped establish and expand the trust. Before that, they held several roles at Tesco, including Head of Financial Control - Channels and Head of Finance Retail Planning and Reporting. Richard also has previous experience at Tesco PLC as a Senior Finance Manager and Business Analyst, as well as at Carlson Wagonlit Travel as a Management Accountant and Commercial Analyst.

Richard Jones completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of Exeter from 2000 to 2003.
