Roger Adams

Roger was part of a team which started HomeCareDirect back in 2003 because he wanted to help people take more control over their support at home through personal budgets and direct payments. Roger has been involved in support at home for some 20+ years and was founding chairman of both the Derbyshire Home Care Association and Sheffield Association of Home Care Providers.

Roger has served for 15 years on the local parish council and as a school governor for five years. He was also the chair of the local village “red telephone box restoration committee” which was purchased from BT.
