Michelle Diaz

Michelle Diaz is an accomplished professional with significant experience in administrative and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Retirement and Separations Chief at the Department of the Navy (IPAC), Michelle enhances organizational efficiency and support for military personnel. Additionally, Michelle works as an Administrative Assistant at Homeland Security Solutions, Inc. (HSSI) since February 2016, managing rosters and ensuring accountability for over 500 personnel. As the Owner of Total Life Changes with Michelle since May 2015, entrepreneurial skills are showcased. Michelle holds an Associate's degree in Fashion Merchandising from Miller-Motte College, obtained between 1986 and 1987.
