Robin Rogers is an experienced leader in local government and community engagement, currently serving as the Director of Economy and Place at Oxfordshire County Council since July 2015. This role encompasses future economy initiatives, place shaping, climate action, and strategic planning. Previously, Robin held various roles within the council, including Programme Director for Partnerships & Delivery and Programme Director for COVID Response, where leadership in cross-council and partnership coordination was essential. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Strategy and managing infrastructure policy and resources. Outside of council work, Robin is a trustee for Homeless Oxfordshire and has held significant positions at Southwark Council and Southampton City Council. Academically, Robin possesses a Master's in Chemistry from the University of Oxford and a Master's in Social Science (Public Policy) from The Open University.
