Linda Henke

Linda Henke has extensive work experience in the field of HR and talent management. Linda is currently the Head of Talents & Culture at Homelike, where their responsibilities include creating an inspiring work environment for a diverse and international workforce, attracting and developing talents, and implementing initiatives such as 360° feedback and internal training programs. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Business Partner for the EMEA region at HRS Group. Before that, Linda Henke held various roles at trivago, including HR Business Partner in the Talents & Culture department and a position in talent selection and recruiting. Linda also gained experience as a Werkstudent in the Personal Development department at Vodafone, where they focused on work-life balance and employee development.

Linda Henke earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Economics from TU Dortmund University from 2008 to 2011. Linda then went on to complete their Master's Degree in Business Administration at the University of Düsseldorf from 2012 to 2015. In 2014, Linda also briefly attended Univerza v Mariboru, where they studied Business and Economics.
