Robert Kroll has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Robert began their career as the Owner and Director of Industrial Services Network, LLC from November 1999 to June 2008. During this time, they oversaw the operations and management of the company.

Following this, Robert worked at the Return to Work and Sports Center, Inc from 1989 to 2012. Robert held various roles during their tenure, including President/Owner, Administrator, and Physical Therapy Director. In these positions, they managed multiple out-patient clinics and established on-site injury rehabilitation and prevention programs for industries such as a national airline and manufacturing organizations. Robert also provided consultation and training services to workers compensation payers.

From 2012 to 2015, Robert Kroll worked at Encore Unlimited, LLC as an Account Supervisor, Ergonomic Consultant, and Medical Case Manager. Robert collaborated with major accounts, ensuring the delivery of quality medical case management services and providing staff training. Additionally, they conducted office and industrial ergonomic assessments and risk management consultations to help reduce work-related injuries and associated costs.

Currently, Robert is serving as the Vice President of Business Development for Homelink at The VGM Group since July 2015. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the development and management of a national worker's compensation therapy network. Robert works with independent therapy providers to ensure top-quality rehabilitation services, utilizing industry-recognized outcome tools for quality measurement and utilization management. Robert'saim is to facilitate a safe, timely, and cost-effective return to work and previous levels of function for patients.

Robert Kroll attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1978 to 1982, where they pursued a degree in Pre-Physical Therapy. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1982 to 1984 and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy.
