Missy Paar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre for Youth: Theatre Education from the University of Northern Iowa, earned between 2011 and 2016, and an Associate of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Marshalltown Community College, completed from 2009 to 2011. Currently, Missy Paar serves as the Manager of Quality and Associate Director of Training and Development at HOMELINK/The VGM Group since March 2017. Additionally, Missy Paar has been employed as a Repair Technician at Geek Squad since October 2011, showcasing a diverse skill set in both quality management and technical repair.
