Robert Barnes, MBA, MSc, MLE℠ has a wide range of work experience in various industries. Robert is currently the Head of IT Operations at HomePro, Inc. Robert'sprevious roles include being a Health and Wellness Coach & Site Supervisor at Frisco ISD, an IT Executive Consultant at RFB Consulting, and a Senior Vice President at Citi, where they were responsible for delivering executive-level end-user computer and virtual workstation support. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director and Global Head of IT Operations & Cybersecurity at Incyte, where they implemented global standards and best practices. Robert also worked as the Director of End User Support at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey and served as the CEO and Principal Consultant at RFB Consulting, LLC. Other notable positions include being a Vice President at AIG, a Senior Director at Celgene, and a member of the Board of Directors at Consortium for Service Innovation.
