Steve Outslay

Steve Outslay has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Steve is currently working as an Institutional Business Development Manager at HomeRiver Group since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the President of Smarter Resident LLC from August 2020 to February 2022.

From July 2014 to August 2020, Steve held the position of Vice President Sales Property Management at PointCentral, a subsidiary of Alarm.com. Steve worked with Single Family and Multi-Family institutional owners and managers, focusing on smart home keyless access control, energy management, and site monitoring.

Before PointCentral, Steve worked as the Director of Gift Development at George Fox University from October 2012 to June 2014. Steve also served as the Executive Director of Operations at Salem Academy Christian Schools from September 2008 to October 2012.

Prior to their roles in education, Steve was the Owner and CFO/COO at Little & Company, LLC from 2002 to 2008. Steve also held the position of Vice President at Supra Products, GE from August 1982 to June 2002. At Supra Products, Steve worked closely with national Real Estate executives and MLS leadership, specializing in electronic access control for property management.

Steve Outslay attended Willamette University from 1978 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Their field of study during this time is not specified. Steve later went on to attend Lewis & Clark Law School from 1987 to 1989, although they did not earn a degree from there. However, their field of study during this period was Law.
