Rebecca Martin

Rebecca Martin has a strong background in leadership and operations management. Rebecca currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Homes for Heroes®, where they began in 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at the Greater Minnesota Housing Fund (GMHF) & Minnesota Equity Fund (MEF) from 2013 to 2022. Before that, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Fiduciary Counselling, Inc from 2006 to 2013, where they demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and achieved strategic objectives. Rebecca also has a solid foundation in consulting, with experience at Accenture from 1991 to 2006, starting as an Analyst, Specialist, and Manager, and later transitioning into the role of Senior Manager.

Rebecca Martin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. Rebecca also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from the University of Chicago.
