James Burchett

James Burchett currently serves as Sr. Manager of Workforce Management at HomeServe USA, a position held since March 2021. Prior to this role, James worked at Teleperformance from November 2017 to March 2021 as Director of Operations, and previously as a Vendor Manager. Earlier in James's career, Agero, Inc. benefited from James's expertise as Operations Manager from May 2016 to November 2017. Academically, James Burchett holds a Master of Business Administration from King University, obtained between 2016 and 2018, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the same institution, completed in 2012.
