Robert Young

Robert Young is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations management, budgeting, and team leadership across the heating, cooling, and plumbing industries. Currently serving as General Manager at HomeServe USA since January 2019, Robert leads a $40 million budget and oversees the operations of the UGI Heating, Cooling & Plumbing division. Previous roles include General Manager at South Jersey Energy Service Plus and Chief Operating Officer at Christian Heating and Air Conditioning, where Robert managed significant budgets and developed strategic initiatives to enhance profitability. With a background that also includes positions at J.M. Oliver, Superior Plus Energy Services, Sunoco LP, and Boulden Oil & Propane, Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Scranton.
