Amir (Ali) Hamidzadeh, PE, currently serves as the Building Official and Senior Plan Check Engineer at CSG Consultants, Inc., where responsibilities include reviewing construction plans for code compliance across various disciplines. With over 28 years in the real estate and construction industry, Amir is also the Principal Engineer and Owner of Development Solution, providing licensed engineering services in California. Prior roles include Building Official for the City of Agoura Hills and Director of Building and Safety for the City of Palm Desert, overseeing construction-related activities and departmental operations. Amir’s educational background includes a BS in Architecture from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and an AA in Architecture from Pierce College. Additional expertise encompasses real estate as a licensed realtor with experience in multiple firms, demonstrating a strong commitment to both engineering and real estate sectors.
