Heath Paulat has extensive experience in real estate, currently serving as a Real Estate Broker Associate at eXp Realty of California, Inc since July 2021, while also working as a Realtor with HomeSmart ICARE Realty since January 2014, specializing in full-service residential real estate in the greater Sacramento area. Additional positions include Short Sale and Investment Specialist at RE/MAX Gold Roseville since December 2009, where negotiation of short sales for distressed homeowners is a key responsibility.
