Debra Kaufman

Debra Kaufman is an experienced Senior Sales Marketing Executive at HomeSmart since December 2010, specializing in real estate sales, marketing, and market analysis, with a focus on luxury homes and new constructions. Kaufman is certified as a Negotiation Specialist and provides training for both buyers and sellers in navigating REO, short sales, and the short sale process. Additionally, Kaufman has been a Real Estate Broker with RE/MAX Equity Group WA and HomeSmart Arizona since 1995. Prior experience includes serving as a Territory Manager and Training and Sales Manager for Elizabeth Arden at Unilever from January 1985 to 1993.
