Cindy Davis

Cindy Davis has over three decades of experience in Human Resources, with a current position as Human Resources Manager and Senior HR Business Partner at Homestar Financial Corporation since September 2017. Prior to this role, Cindy served as a Human Resources Specialist, supporting the Director of HR in implementing key strategic initiatives. Significant previous roles include Chief People Officer and HR Advisor to the CEO at The North Highland Company, Director of Human Resources at CDC Software, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Geac. Cindy's expertise encompasses leadership development, HRIS management, employee relations, and strategic consulting in mergers and acquisitions. Cindy holds a BBA in Business Administration from the University of West Georgia.
