Jim St.Gemme began their work experience in 1997 as the Owner and Operator of SOHO TECH, LLC, where they assisted the Director of Business Technology and played a significant role in designing the company's main order entry programs. In 2001, they joined Homestead Financial Mortgage as the Chief Information Officer, and later became the CTO in 2004. In this role, they managed and administered the network and phone system, suggesting and creating various projects such as website design and workflow applications. Jim St.Gemme held these positions at Homestead Financial Mortgage until 2016.
Jim St.Gemme has a diverse education history in the field of Information Technology. In 1998, they attended the CompUSA Training Center, where they obtained a degree in MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) in the field of Information Technology. From 1993 to 1995, Jim attended both Community College and Meramec Community College, earning an Associate's degree in Information Systems Coarse and gaining knowledge in networking, database design, and systems administration.
Before attending college, Jim graduated from Eureka Senior High in 1992 and obtained their High School Diploma, with a focus on Computers.
In addition to their formal education, Jim has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. In 2001, they obtained an MCSE certification from CompUSA. More recently, they received certifications in Administrator Management, Administrator Reports, MAX Agent, Salesforce Agent - Fully Integrated Lightning Experience, and Supervisor Management Tools from RingCentral in August 2023. Jim also obtained a Kaseya Certified Technician (KCT) for BMS certification from IT Glue in June 2022.
