Marija Perovic

Marija Perovic has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and administration. Marija is currently working as an HR Manager at HomeStory Serbia since January 2021, and as a Human Resources Manager at HomeStory since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at LL Transportation Marketing Solutions d.o.o. as a Human Resources Manager from March 2018 to October 2020. In this role, they were responsible for talent acquisition, employee on-boarding, training and development initiatives, labor relations, HR records management, policy development, HR support and advisement, compliance with labor regulations, budget management, and performance management. Marija also worked at GroundLink, where they held roles as a Human Resources Coordinator from March 2014 to February 2018 and as an Office Administrative Assistant from June 2012 to March 2014. In these roles, they contributed to recruitment processes, HR record management, policy development, office administration, event coordination, employee compliance, and recruitment support.

Marija Perovic completed their education at the University of Belgrade. From 2007 to 2011, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Quality Management and Standardization. Following this, from 2011 to 2013, they furthered their studies at the same university and attained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Environmental quality system.
