Marlene Price

Marlene Price is an accomplished banking executive with extensive experience in loan operations and servicing. Since August 2011, Marlene has served as SVP and Director of Single Family and Commercial Loan Operations at HomeStreet Bank, overseeing critical business units such as Investor Accounting, Escrow Administration, Loan Control, and Default Management. Marlene possesses a strong proficiency in servicing various government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs), FHA, VA, USDA, and private investors. Prior to this role, Marlene held the position of Senior Vice President of Lending at Sound Community Bank from July 1999 to July 2011, further enhancing expertise in the lending sector.
