Manny Martinez

Manny Martinez has a long and diverse work experience in the Information Technology field. Manny started their career in 1998 as an Assistant Network Administrator at National Wine and Spirits Inc. In 2007, they joined GPA, Specialty Substrate Solutions, where they worked as a Senior Network Administrator and later promoted to the role of Director of Information Technology. At GPA, Manny was responsible for leading the IT team, overseeing telecommunication activities, application development, and ERP specialists. Manny successfully implemented various technological solutions, including an ERP system, Warehouse Management System, electronic data interchange process, and a fully integrated e-commerce solution. In 2018, Manny joined Hickory Farms, LLC as their Director of Information Technology. Currently, they are working as the Senior Director of IT at Hometown Food Company and is responsible for the overall IT operations.

Manny Martinez earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from Northeastern Illinois University, where they studied from 1992 to 1998. In addition to their degree, they have obtained a Certificate in Private Company Governance from the Private Directors Association® in March 2023, as well as a certification in Leadership Presence in Action from LinkedIn in April 2022.
