Jing Yang Pharmd, Rph

Jing Yang, PharmD, RPh, currently serves as a Transition of Care Coordinator Pharmacist at Columbia Memorial Health in Hudson, NY, since July 2022. In addition, Jing has been involved with HomeTown Health, LLC since February 2018, holding roles as a Pharmacist, Graduate Intern, and Pharmacy Intern. Earlier experience includes serving as a Pharmacist for Hannaford Supermarkets from October 2021 to March 2024 and as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Pharmacy from June 2015 to February 2017. Jing Yang completed education at the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences from 2014 to 2020.
