Brett O'Daniell has worked in the real estate industry since 2000. Brett began their career as a Graphic Designer at Coldwell Banker Gundaker. In 2002, they were hired as the Director of Marketing at James Andrew GMAC Real Estate, where they were awarded the "Best of Show Awards" from GMAC Real Estate (2003-2005) and national acknowledgement from SyllogisTeks (2004) for their pioneering Internet lead-generation efforts. Brett then moved to Blake & Davis Realtors as the Director of Marketing in 2005, where they designed and developed company identity, direct marketing, advertising, customer communication and Internet marketing campaigns. In 2006, they were hired as the Vice President of Marketing at Gorman & Gorman Home Loans, where they managed and maintained creation of all B2C and B2B marketing and sales collateral, and achieved 40% of sales production by managing CRM. In 2013, they were hired as the Vice President of Business Development at Enterprise Home Loans, where they managed 10 internal and retail sales associates in multiple Midwestern regions and administered marketing budget and executed consumer direct, referral partner and marketing strategies accounting for 70% of total sales. Brett was also selected as a participant in the Success Panel of Home Buyers Marketing (2013-2015). In 2017, they became the Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate, Inc. NMLS# 295217 and NMLS# 2611.
Brett O'Daniell obtained their Real Estate Salesperson License from the Missouri Real Estate Commission in September 2001. Brett then attended Rend Lake Community College from 1995 to 1997, earning an Associates Degree in General. After that, they attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 1997 to 1999, earning a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Visual Communication. In 2010, they obtained a National Mortgage License System from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Finally, in May 2017, they earned a Core Coding & Front-End Web Graduate certification from LaunchCode.
