C. Hunter Westbrook

C. Hunter Westbrook has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer at HomeTrust Bank since June 2012, following progressive roles including President and Chief Operating Officer, Senior EVP and Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Banking Officer. Prior to HomeTrust Bank, Westbrook was President and CEO of Second Federal Savings from 2009 to 2012 and held the position of Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at Second Federal Savings Bank from 2008 to 2009. Earlier experience includes serving as President & CEO of First National Bank Texas and various senior roles at TCF Bank and TCF Financial Corporation. Westbrook began a professional career as an Auditor at Ernst & Young. Westbrook holds a BS in Accounting/Business from West Virginia University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
