Lee Spivey

Lee Spivey is a Senior Financial Analyst at HomeTrust Bank since December 2020, responsible for managing the annual budgeting process and producing variance reports and profitability analyses for forecasting and efficiency assessments. Prior experience includes serving as a Financial Analyst at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, overseeing a $130 million portfolio for the IT department, and working as a professional softball player in both the Italian Softball League and Scrap Yard Dawgs Organization. Lee also held the position of Administrative Assistant at Millhopper Family Dentistry, managing financial tasks and improving capital collection. An accomplished athlete, Lee represented the United States in the 2013 Junior World Championship and has successfully balanced academic and athletic commitments as a student-athlete at the University of South Florida. Educationally, Lee holds a Master of Management Studies from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from the University of South Florida.
