Mike Knepshield

Mike Knepshield has extensive experience in the banking industry. Mike worked at HomeTrust Bank as Director of Consumer Sales and Credit Strategy, where they provided leadership for consumer lending functions and was responsible for credit risk guidelines and delivery procedures. Mike also served as Director of Retail Credit, overseeing multiple product lines including Home Equity Lending, Indirect Auto Lending, and Consumer Lending. Prior to that, Mike was a Portfolio Manager at HomeTrust Bank Auto Finance, where they provided leadership and support for sales, credit decisioning, contract funding, and collection activities. Mike also developed and implemented credit strategies for indirect auto lending. Earlier in their career, Mike worked at Wells Fargo Bank/Wachovia National Bank as a Retail Credit Consultant, managing a regional sales force and implementing risk management directives. Mike also exercised authority for portfolio lending operations.

Mike Knepshield earned their Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from the Rochester Institute of Technology - Saunders College of Business. Mike attended the school from 1994 to 1998.
