Anna Hurtado, MPA has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations and roles. Anna is currently the Chief Program Officer at Homeward Bound of Marin, a position they have held since January 2022. Anna Hurtado, MPA has an extensive education history. In 2001, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Dominican University of California. Anna then went on to pursue their Master of Arts degree in Political Science at San Francisco State University from 2005 to 2007.

Anna's next educational endeavor was at Sonoma State University, where they obtained their Master of Public Administration degree from 2011 to 2013, specializing in Public Administration. During this time, they also attended Compass Point in 2011 and 2012 to participate in the Next Generation Leaders of Color program.

In 2015 and 2016, they further enhanced their education by completing the Executive Fellowship program at OneJustice, although the field of study for this fellowship is unspecified.
