Owen Haupt

Owen Haupt is a Senior Software Engineer at Homeward since December 2022. Prior to this, Owen worked as a Frontend Engineer at Genome Medical and GetInsured, where Owen played key roles in overhauling apps to improve user experience, implementing modern technologies, and collaborating closely with product teams. Owen also has experience in the fields of genomics and biology, having worked as a Research Assistant at Carl R. Woese Institute for Genomic Biology. With a Bachelor's Degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Full-stack Software Development certification from App Academy, Owen brings a diverse set of skills and experiences to the table.
