Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at HomeWell Franchising, Inc., Crystal has previously held key leadership roles including Vice President of Brand Strategy, Marketing & Communications at the same company and Vice President of Corporate Communications and Marketing at WoodSpring Hotels. With a career that includes significant positions at Choice Hotels International and Turf Valley Resort, Crystal combines a strong educational background with a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Elizabethtown College and an MBA from Loyola University Maryland to drive organizational growth and effective brand management.
