Jen Mulliniks

Jen Mulliniks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial development and business growth. Currently serving as Commercial Development Project Manager at Homewise Inc. since November 2023, Jen focuses on enhancing the financial wellbeing of businesses by addressing barriers to commercial property ownership. Previously, as Associate Fund Manager at CNM Ingenuity from June 2022 to October 2023, Jen supported New Mexico's startup ecosystem by facilitating access to resources for entrepreneurs. From January 2016 to June 2022, Jen was the owner of GravitateABQ, a corporate events space, and operated under the principle of Creative Disruption following the business's closure due to the pandemic. Earlier roles include Vice President and Director of Business Development at HB Construction, where Jen developed marketing strategies and client relations amid economic challenges, and Director of Marketing and Business Development at Jauregui Architecture Interiors Construction, focusing on high-profile residential projects. Jen is an alumnus of New Mexico State University (NMSU).
