Vishal Dhavle

Vishal Dhavle is a professional with a diverse background in scientific and analytical roles, currently serving as a Scientific Assistant at the Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE), TIFR since July 2022. Prior experience includes positions as a Business Development Analyst, Research Executive, and Officer Trainee at Aarti Industries Ltd. from June 2019 to July 2022. Vishal also held research internships at the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST) in 2018, focusing on functionalized chitosan hydrogels, and the National Chemical Laboratory, where work involved organic synthesis and Aryne chemistry under senior scientists' guidance. Early internships also included a trainee position at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd., and work at the Indian Institute of Technology, Ropar, with a focus on hydrogels as drug carriers. Vishal holds an Integrated Master of Science in Chemistry from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat, completed in 2019.
