Bertrand James

Bertrand James is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in electrical and reliability engineering across various industries. Currently serving as an Engineer at Honda Manufacturing of Alabama, LLC since September 2019, Bertrand previously held positions as a Field Engineer at ENCYPRO CORP and an Electrical/Reliability Engineer at Kruger Inc., where responsibilities included supporting maintenance in electrical issues and optimizing production processes. Earlier roles included Technical Engineer at International Paper, Signal Engineer at Union Pacific Railroad, and various engineering trainee roles at AMRDEC, where Bertrand gained valuable experience in electrical circuitry and design. A graduate of Tuskegee University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Bertrand has a strong foundation in engineering principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
