Jessica Shaw, PMP, PMI-ACP, currently serves as the Time & Labor Site Lead at American Honda Motor Company, Inc. since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica accumulated significant experience at Verizon Wireless from August 1999 to June 2019, where responsibilities included project management and delivery of initiatives enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency as a National Business Operations Sr. Analyst. Key achievements include eliminating $6 million in annual losses through policy improvements. Over the years, Jessica held various positions, such as Business Operations Consultant and Supervisor Business Support Time Sheets, managing projects that ranged from departmental communications to ensuring accurate employee payroll. Jessica began the career as a Financial Services Representative, recognized for excellence in customer service. Educationally, Jessica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with a focus on Math from The Ohio State University.
