Colin Chen

Colin Chen is a Robotics Engineer with extensive experience in aerospace and robotics systems, currently serving as Robotics Engineer III at Honeybee Robotics since September 2020, where responsibilities include systems engineering for the DrACO Mechanical Subsystems. Previously, Colin held roles as Robotics Engineer II on the Dragonfly project, overseeing the Sampling Acquisition Drill subsystem, and as an Aerospace Engineering Intern at Sierra Nevada Corporation, focusing on CAD analysis for CFD. Early career experiences include software engineering internships with Mammoth Biosciences, mechanical lead in a JPL rover project, and roles at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory and Glenn Research Center. Colin holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
