Dave Oliver

Dave Oliver has a diverse work experience in the field of electrical engineering. Dave is currently serving as the Director of Electrical Engineering at Honeybee Robotics since February 2022. Prior to this role, they held the same position at Syncroness from June 2018 to February 2022. Before that, Dave worked at ASD Inc., a PANalytical company, where they served as the Development Engineering Manager from November 2014 to June 2018 and as an R&D Electrical Engineer from November 2011 to November 2014. At ASD Inc., Dave led the electrical effort for the development of TerraSpec Halo, a hand-held mineral identifier, and acted as a subject matter expert for regulatory compliance and EMC. Dave started their career at QinetiQ North America as an Electrical/Electronics Engineer from June 2005 to October 2011, where they were involved in various military and defense contracting projects focused on PCB designs and system engineering.

Dave Oliver obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Denver from 2000 to 2004. In 2014, they attended the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business for a High Performance Leadership program. From 2016 to 2018, they pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, Dave Oliver holds a certification as an IPC-A-610 Specialist from IPC.
