Mike Passaretti

Mike Passaretti is a seasoned systems engineering leader with a robust background in robotics and automation across various industries. Currently serving as the Systems Engineering Lead at Honeybee Robotics, Mike previously held key leadership roles including Delivery Lead at Capgemini Engineering, where oversight of a $15 million annual revenue project and an international team of 60 engineers was part of the responsibilities. As Director of Unmanned Aerial Services at ULC Robotics, Mike initiated an unmanned aircraft services division, focusing on technology development that improved safety and reduced costs in the renewable energy sector. A notable achievement includes leading a $10 million robotics program for the UK gas industry as Program Manager at ULC Robotics. Earlier experience at Honeybee Robotics involved managing multiple projects for high-profile clients such as NASA and DARPA. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
