Robert May II

Robert May II is currently employed as a Mechanical Engineer II at Honeybee Robotics since April 2023. Previously, Robert held the position of Engineer II for Mechanical Systems at Virgin Galactic from February 2020 to March 2023. Robert's early experience includes an internship at Universal Studios Hollywood as a Mechanical Engineering Intern, where responsibilities involved maintenance and repair of rides and attractions. Additionally, Robert served as an IT Student Assistant at Cal Poly Pomona IT Services, contributed as Chief Engineer for the Cal Poly Pomona Solar Boat team, and completed an internship with Micronix USA focusing on Solidworks modeling and precision equipment testing. Robert began a career in the workforce as a crew member at McDonald's from 2013 to 2015. Robert obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in 2019.
