Alex Bihshtein has over 13 years of professional work experience. Alex started their career in 2007 as a C# Engineer in the Israeli Military Intelligence, where they worked closely with clients and developed multi-threaded, Client-Server Control systems. Alex also designed and implemented a full CI solution logic and UI automated tests through TeamCity. In 2014, Alex joined Citi as a Data and ML Ops Engineer and Java Engineer. In their role as a Java Engineer, they developed a core java library, computing end day of risk on a distributed K8s architecture. Alex also adopted various 3rd party technologies for in memory caching and work distribution. In addition, they implemented fully automated integration and stress test scenarios executed by Jenkins on top of K8s. In 2022, Alex joined Honeycomb Insurance as a Backend Engineer and Incredi.ai as a Data and Backend Engineer.
