Jessica Nunn's work experience begins in 1997 as a Software Developer at Applied Systems. Jessica later worked as a Software Engineer at ViA, Inc. from 1998 to 2000, followed by a role as a Software Developer at Cogent Software for a brief period. In 2000, Jessica joined C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. as a Software Developer. Jessica then transitioned to CodeWeavers, Inc. as a Customer Liaison, where they provided customer support and managed pre-sales inquiries and feedback. From 2005 to 2008, Jessica held various roles at Three Rings Design, including Lead Support Agent and Player Experience Manager. Jessica then joined SEGA Networks / Three Rings as a Senior Community Manager, where they led the Live Operations community team and collaborated with various departments to enhance player engagement. In 2016, Jessica joined High Fidelity, initially serving as a Social Media and Community Manager. Jessica later took on roles as the Communications Manager, Live Operations Manager, and ultimately, the Director of Customer Success. Currently, Jessica is the Manager of Support Engineering at Honeycomb.io, starting in 2021.
Jessica Nunn has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Carleton College. Additionally, they have obtained the following certifications: Sprinklr Advanced Administrator Certification from Sprinklr in April 2015 and a Social Media Manager Certificate from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in December 2014.
