Ruthie Irvin

Ruthie Irvin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ruthie began their career in 2011 as a Community Manager at Indinero, providing tech support for small business owners. Ruthie then worked as a Graduate Assistant at Sam Houston State University, where they gained experience in copyediting, layout design, and website management. In 2014, Ruthie joined Gaia GPS as a Content Manager, overseeing writing and multimedia projects, training support team members, and creating tutorials. Ruthie later worked at Veam Inc. as a Customer Recruiting and Relations Support Manager, where they implemented a new ticket management system for customer support. Ruthie also has experience in the education field, working as an English Teacher at Spring Woods High School, focusing on differentiated instruction and supporting a diverse student body. Ruthie founded their own business called The GYST, providing personalized consultations to help individuals and small business owners achieve their goals. Most recently, Ruthie worked as a Technical Assistant and Software Engineer in Training at Techtonica, where they gained hands-on experience in full-stack JavaScript development. Ruthie is currently an Apprentice Software Engineer at honeycomb.io.
