Tim Ding

Tim Ding is an accomplished technology leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the data storage and controller industry. As the Chairman and Founder of PETAiO since October 2016, Tim has established a world-leading data center and enterprise PCIe controller provider. Concurrently, Tim serves as the President and CEO of HoneycombData, a company focused on advanced all-flash storage solutions. Tim co-founded TiDAL Systems Inc., where significant success was achieved with its NMVe-based PCIe3 SSD Controller, culminating in an acquisition by Micron Technology. Previous roles include key executive positions at Link-A-Media Devices and Broadcom Inc., where Tim played pivotal roles in sales, marketing, and engineering. Tim holds a degree from Peking University, obtained between 1984 and 1988.
