Alina Paiva

Alina Paiva is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Global Human Resources Senior Director at Honeywell since November 2012. In this role, Alina develops and implements HR strategies for the Performance Materials and Technologies division in Latin America while collaborating with HR leaders in the US across three business units.
