Navya M.S. is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as the Assistant General Counsel at Honeywell, covering India, the Pacific, and Southeast Asia since September 2016, Navya manages corporate legal affairs, compliance, corporate governance, data privacy, and litigation portfolio management. Prior to Honeywell, Navya held the position of Head of Legal Affairs at Karle Group, focusing on commercial contracting and private equity documentation from April 2013 to September 2016. Navya also served as Senior Legal Manager at Transview Enterprise India Private Limited from March 2010 to April 2013, handling commercial agreements and compliance, and began the legal career as an Associate Attorney at NSVJ Law Offices, specializing in mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory issues from March 2006 to March 2010. Navya obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Mysore between June 2003 and July 2006.
