Patrycja Wolak

Patrycja Wolak is an experienced customer experience specialist currently serving as Lead Customer Experience Specialist at Honeywell since October 2021. Prior to this role, Patrycja held the position of Senior Customer Experience Specialist at Honeywell and worked at Centrumelektroniki from March 2016 to December 2021 as a Senior E-commerce Specialist for the German-speaking market. Patrycja's career also includes teaching German language courses at the Siemianowickie Centrum Kultury from September 2008 to June 2017 and working in event organization and administration at the Towarzystwo Społeczno-Kulturalne Niemców na Śląsku Opolskim from September 2002 to June 2008. Patrycja holds two Master's degrees in philology from the University of Silesia in Katowice, completed between 2001 and 2006, and also studied Cultural Studies of Western Europe from October 2000 to June 2005.
