Ricky Lim

Ricky Lim, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Sales - Americas at Honeywell, leading the sales line of business that provides control and digitalization products for the Turbomachinery sector in the region while supporting the growth of the Asset Performance Management market. Previously, Ricky held multiple roles at CCC (Compressor Controls Corporation) from 2016 to 2023, culminating as the Sales Director for North America and Latin America, where responsibilities included overseeing the Americas sales team and supplying critical systems to the Oil and Gas industry. Earlier positions included strategic account management and business development roles, with a proven track record of significant business growth. Ricky's career also includes engineering internships at Motorola Solutions and Technip, focusing on pre-sales support and machinery selection for major projects. Ricky holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University.
