Deepti Vij currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition, Succession Planning, and Diversity for Honeywell India, overseeing all business lines including Aerospace, Building Technologies, Performance Materials & Tech, Safety & Productivity Solutions, and Connected Enterprise since October 2020. Previously, Deepti held the role of Associate Director of Talent at EY, focusing on talent management for key revenue-generating sectors from November 2013 to October 2020, and earlier served as Assistant Director for Recruitment and Staffing within the Transaction Advisory Services vertical. Prior experience includes a tenure at Bank of America as Manager of Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities spanned mid to senior leadership recruitment across various divisions, and HR roles at Bright Point India Pvt. Ltd. and Saffron. Deepti holds an MBA in HR from Delhi University (2002-2004) and a BSc from Hindu College, Delhi University (1999-2002).
