Bonnie Y Chan

Bonnie Y Chan is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chief Operating Officer at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) since 2020, Bonnie also leads the Listing department. Prior to this role, Bonnie was a Partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from 2010 to 2019 and held the position of Head of IPO Transactions and Listing at HKEX from 2007 to 2010. Bonnie holds a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Hong Kong.
