Dawn L. is a seasoned digital communications professional currently serving as the Digital Web Communications Manager at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) since April 2019, responsible for managing and maintaining HKEX and HKEX Group websites through Sitecore CMS. Prior experience includes a role as Creative and Production Manager at State Street, where Dawn focused on gathering requirements from various teams to develop solutions, and as a Web Support & Designer at The University of Hong Kong, where skills in web design, CMS, SEO, and Google Analytics were applied to enhance departmental websites. Earlier work experience includes generating research reports as a Desktop Publisher at CLSA. Dawn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Technology from Staffordshire University and a Diploma in Graphic Communications from The University of Hong Kong, alongside additional training from General Assembly.
