Stephenie Fung

Stephenie Fung is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory and corporate law. Currently serving as Vice President of Listed Issuer Regulation at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) since July 2020, Stephenie previously held positions as Counsel and Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from February 2011 to July 2020, and as an Associate at Clifford Chance LLP from August 2008 to January 2011. Stephenie began a legal career as a Legal Trainee at The Hong Kong Department of Justice from 2006 to 2008. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL), a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), and a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Government and Laws, all obtained from The University of Hong Kong. Stephenie also attended Heep Yunn School.
