Joaquin Tam serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Hong Kong Football Association, marking a significant milestone as the first Chinese leader of this century-old organization since 2021. Prior to this role, Joaquin Tam held various leadership positions, including General Manager-Asia Pacific at Southco, Inc., where responsibilities spanned multiple business sectors, and North Asia Vice President and General Manager at Bureau Veritas, overseeing a substantial $300M portfolio. Prior experiences also include Executive Director at B.S.C. Group, Group Director of Sales and Marketing at Jardine Schindler Group, Global SBU Head & Asia General Manager at Dow Performance Silicones, and Regional Sales Manager at ExxonMobil + BP Castrol, achieving notable revenue growth and operational efficiencies. Joaquin Tam holds an MBA from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
