Carol Y.b. Liu

Carol Y.B. Liu is an experienced professional in the biomedical technology sector, currently serving as Associate Director of IncuBio and Medical Devices at the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) since September 2018, previously holding roles as Assistant Director and Senior Manager within the organization. From August 2011 to August 2018, Carol worked at the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC), progressing from Trainee Professional to Consultant in the Smart Healthcare, MedTec, and Optics Unit.
